职位描述：
Position Summary:
The Logistic Supervisor reports directly to the Plant Manager Kunshan site.
This role works through the whole function of Logistics including production planning, customer order management and delivery, inventory management, imported and exported, and etc.

Position Requirements:
1. Education on university level in Business Management or Logistics.
2. More than 6 years’ experience in Logistic.
3. Inventory management experience; planning/scheduling experience preferred.
4. Have experience in imported and exported.
5. English speaking/writing is mandatory.
6. Good at MS-Office.
7. Strong coordination capability, good communication and team-working skills.

Responsibility:
1. Customer delivery planning and weekly tracking/updating.
2. Draw up production plan and material request plan according to customer order and delivery, in order to meet the request of on-time delivery and keep the reasonable inventory.
3. Lead regular inventory checking, optimize the layout of raw materials, spare parts, semi-finished products and finished products, and implement the FIFO policy.
4. Optimize logistic procedure and cost down.
5. Report the KPI of Logistic department, including customer satisfaction, suppliers’ on-time delivery and transportation expenses.
6. Accept the customer or third party audit on behalf of Logistic department.
