职位描述：
1. 接收订单及安排订舱、运输、货物跟踪、报关、结算等事宜；
2.制作海运/陆运/空运单证及其他相关文件，负责录入应收应付费用；
3.负责整理国内、海外业务文件及放货事宜；
4.单证及文件整理及归档等管理；
5.对业务开展中遇到的异常情况及时反映并采取有效措施应对；
6.客户投诉、纠纷处理；
