职位描述：
Responsibilities:
？ Responsible for sales mainly in China and also exports.
？ Create and apply sales strategies and market development.
？ Development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
？ Organize and assist international trade shows.
？ Maintains contact with all clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
？ Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
？ Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports.
Requirements:
？ Demonstrable experience of 5 or 6 years as Commercial Responsible / Head of Sales in the Chinese market.
？ That has dealt with distributors, agents and / or has in China and that he/she has leaded them.
？ Knows the idiosyncrasies of distribution in China (not in our industry): Logistics, transportation, sales channels.
？ Native Chinese with good English.
？ That has preferably worked in companies not based in China and he/she has been the responsible for developing the domestic market. 举报 分享
