Principal Accountabilities

主要责任

1.Quality Control Work

产品质量工作

？ Participate in the weekly meetings参加团队会议

？ Confirm the details of the product before production (version, weight, colour, fitness, surface…)产品生产确认（生产版本，产品重量，颜色，配合，表面…)

？ Product quality inspection in every two hours产线每2小时品质巡检控制

？ Evaluate the quality of the products and decide to use or not

评估产品质量并判断产品是否可采用或舍弃

？ Product packing inspection and release, to make sure the quality is stable and reliable

对包装后成品的检验控制,确保产品质量稳定,可靠

？ Training the sorting staffs about the quality control对本班筛选员品质控制进行教导

？ Training & Check the status of SOP implementation培训并检查作业指导书的理解和落实状况

？ Setup QCC在本班组建立并开展品管圈活动

2.Further Duties

？ Statistic & analysis for the shift defects

本班不良情况的统计分析

？ Make sure the working area is clean and tidy

保持工作区域整齐清洁的监督

？ Other tasks assigned by leader
