职位描述：
Key Responsibilities 主要职责:
1. Participate in new source decision, responsible for new supplier audit, development and qualification.
参与新供应商定点、负责新供应商审核、开发和认可.
2. Supplier APQP process management, on time PPAP approval, compliance report follows up.
供应商APQP开发过程管理，及时完成供应商PPAP批准认可
3. Summarize & monitor supplier quality performance, drive the supplier to CIP.
统计并跟踪供应商质量绩效，推动供应商持续改进
4. Handling nonconforming material issue and initiate actions to supplier with 8D problem solving, drive the supplier to do error-proof action.
不合格原材料处理、推动并协助供应商解决质量问题、防错的验证，完成8D报告
5. Participate in customer/internal audit of responsible supplier and respond all relevant Corrective action.
参与内外部审核并推动供应商完成所有的纠正措施
6. Supplier annual audit and irregular audit when necessary.
供应商年度审核和不定期审核
7. Supplier engineering change management and follow up.
供应商工程变更管理及跟踪
8. Coordinate MATK internal team to drive or support the supplier when necessary.
与公司内部各部门沟通
9. Supplier monthly performance evaluation together with purchasing and logistics.
与采购及物流一起对供应商进行月度绩效评估
10. Training the supplier on MATK requirements, make sure supplier overall quality meet MATK target.
培训摩缇马帝要求给供应商，确保供应商完全满足摩缇马帝的质量目标
14. Other task assigned by supervisor or manager.

Basic Requirements岗位基本要求:
1. Possess a University /College Technical background or equivalent and a minimum of 3 years working experience in quality area.
具有大专以上或同等学历机械背景，至少3年以上工作经验.
2. Knowledge of quality tools, such as Control Plans、PFMEA、PPAP、SPC、MSA、GD&T etc.
熟悉控制计划、PFMEA、PPAP、SPC、MSA、GD&T
3. Good analytical and problem solving skills, familiar with 8D.
良好的问题解决技巧，熟悉8D问题解决方法
4. Knowledge of TS 16949 Quality systems, and ISO14001
有TS 16949质量管理体系相关工作经验,熟悉和运用ISO14001相关知识
5. Previous experience in the automotive industry
有过汽车行业的相关工作经验
6. Positive working attitude, Excellent interpersonal skills-dealing with customers and various
工作态度积极、良好的沟通能力，处理客户与各部门之间的相关问题
7. Good English spoken and written
良好的英语口头和书写能力
8. Excellent in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
