Job Summary:
工作摘要：
Ensure each shipment under his management scale of fabric to Wanvog meets the requirements. Inspection of each shipment is required by the delivery date and shipment without the inspection report of acceptable can not be released by the vendor. Continuously work with the vendor to keep and improve the fabric quality. Supervising processes while staying in the fabric factory
确保每批发往万福阁的货物符合质量标准，根据交期验货，没有检验报告不能放货。与厂商合作不断提高品质，监控厂商的生产过程。

Main Responsibility:
主要工作职责：
1. Inspecting fabric in fabric supplier for each shipment to ensure the quality.
根据SOP对厂商生产的每批布进行检验确保质量符合要求
2. Help the fabric supplier to resolve the technical problem of our fabric.
帮助厂商解决生产中的技术问题。
3. Help the fabric supplier to set up a team which can work well for us.
帮助厂商建立能够与我们良好配合的团队。
4. Working with fabric supplier to keep the quality such as color, hand, construction…
与厂商共同努力保证品质，包括颜色，手感及结构
5. Do records of remaining swatches both for accepted shipment and rejected shipment.
记录并对合格与不合格批次进行留样。
6. Do weekly report to direct manger and having a regular meeting to share working experience with the fabric quality team.
向直属经理提交周报，定期参加会议与质量控制团队分享工作心得。
7. On time communication with Wanvog IQC of quality issues.
与万福阁内部品保沟通品质问题。
8. Assist in delivery schedule to support PUR
协助采购达成交期。

Will in charge of regular shipments quality control of several fabric vendors
在多个布厂商处负责品质控制。

Position Qualification:
岗位要求：
a) Experience:2~3 years experience in textile quality control or relative fields such as fabric,garments
工作经验：2-3年纺织品品质控制及相关领域的工作经验，如布，服装
b) English Level: Read & Write
英语水平：读写
c) Education Background: Junior College Degree or above in textile is preferred
    教育背景： 大专及以上，纺织品专业更加
d) Computer Skill:Good computer skill
计算机能力： 良好
e) Certification:
资格证书：
f) Others:Knowledge of Fabric weaving, finishing,
Skilled in quality control and problem solving
Good ability to communicate with key people of fabric vendor
Good decision-making according to our requirements
