职位描述：
EKC Supplier Quality Engineer Recruitment Requirement:
Education level:
Bachelor degree or more,small deviation is also accepted depends on experience
Quality technology:Strong knowledge with ISO/TS 16949,ISO14001, such as: APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA, with internal auditor license will be more preferred
Well realize what is automotive quality, with professional mind set how to build quality plan, follow quality requirement, quality complaint, quality improvement
Experience with manufacturing process, such as: injection, machining, stamping, die-casting, coating, testing, assembly, testing, etc
Quality is first combined with good balance between quality and cost
Problem solving skill is must(8D report, fishbone, 5why, Ishikawa, DOE, etc)
Experience in audit is must
Familiar with testing tool, such as: Caliper,micrometer, OGP, etc, CMM will be preferred
Understanding measurement gauge design logic
Other technology:
Capable English communication by speaking and written, Germany is preferred
MS office, such as: Excel,powerpoint, etc
Willingness to travel
Very good communication skills
Confident appearance
Good work priority planning under high pressure
Task:
Approved supplier management:
Yearly or irregular audit&action tracking necessary support given, such as: 8D, PPAP coaching, etc
Supplier complaint leader, supplier rating data support
Handle supplier continual improvement, involve cost reduction
Transfer project milestone to supplier, ensure supplier sub milestone is reasonable
Involve part change, supplier change
Supplier PPAP leader including requirement clearly presentation, on site Run@Rate, etc
New part design review involvement, ensure all the measurement for internal and supplier are capable and in logical
New supplier management:
Risk assessment for potential supplier from quality view
New supplier selection with purchasing and engineering
Support purchasing to go ahead supplier PPAP including requirement clearly presentation, on site Run@Rate, etc 举报 分享
