职位描述：
Role Summary
- Design mechanical structure of automotive part (most electronic and switch parts) including enclosure and internal structure/interconnection.
- Participate in identifying, planning, and developing conceptual designs
- Calculate and simulate to verify the mechanical design, including strength analysis, tolerance chain analysis, etc.
- Make 3D models and 2D drawings
- Provide technical specifications for outsourcing parts
- Analyze and solve product problems for products in field
- Prototype testing and validation – demonstrate that design works as intended
- Interact intensively with internal team and external team
- Communication with customer/supplier to understand/clarify technical issues

Your profile:
- Advanced product design or application experience with focus in automotive electronic part
- Excellent theoretical knowledge of mechanical design, including calculation and simulation skills.
- Excellent skill to use CAD tools, such as CATIA or Pro/Engineer
- Good knowledge of material technology and manufacturing process
- Knowledge of engineering tools (QFD, FMEA, FEA, DOE.) will be plus
- Electro-mechanical cooperative experience
- Written and verbal English skills desirable
- Be proactive, take accountability and result-oriented.
- Good project management skills helpful
- Good presentation and communication skills with strong focus at customers
- Proven ability to work independently in a dynamic work environment and to strive for solid results by collaboration with colleagues from different background

Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Material Engineering or equivalent
- 5 - 7 years automotive electronic design experience is required for this position 举报 分享
