Job Requirement
1. Master degree in mechanical engineering with 4 years design experience in automotive industry, preferably 3 years ‘experience on injection parts design area
2. Extensive experience in CAD software of Catia V5
3. Extensive experience in tool and manufacturing process development.
4. Knowledge of diesel engine performance, emission, simulation, control or calibration is a strong plus.
5 Open, Desire for success, able to work under pressure and with sense of responsibility, Self-motivated with good written and verbal communication skills both in English and Chinese.
Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for injection parts 3D/2D design, drawing and release according to customer input and engineering input.
2. Manage individual new product development projects and coordinate activities with various internal customers.
3. Develop manufacturable designs and coordinate with tooling sources for constructions & verification.
4. Create assembly, component layout and details to verify manufacturing feasibility.
5. Apply GD&T with respect to processing and checking the components.
6. Create / participate in creation and review of design and process FMEA’s. And assist with test validation.
7. Prepare and present technical reports in-house and to the technical community.
