B. Job Summary:
工作摘要：
Responsible for identify opportunities for improvement and drive continuous improvement efforts through implementation. The CI needs to clearly communicate ideas and important information to the team, peers, and suppliers to produce results and lead the company through change management initiatives. Mainly focus on problem solving and update Quality Intelligence System.
负责外采购成品的产品持续改善，善长与团队成员及供应商沟通并将发现的问题解决及时更新QIS质量系统。

C. Main Responsibility:
主要工作职责：
1. Communicate an effective quality program and improvement in the quality of work and productivity within QA and QC teams
与QA 与QC 团队成员之间保持良好沟通，有效争对质量体系进行改善。。
2. Organize and manage the quality assurance function in close cooperation with QC and engineering management, work closely with current QIS, CLS and dominator systems.
及时处理Ashley QIS质量体系上的要求，与QC及工程信息及时紧密的更新 QIS,CLS及Dominator系统。
？ ECO Create and process follow up
？ Random engineer or quality project management
？ Pre-production review
？ Market CARs/ videos/ images distribution
？ PPU sign off
？ PPR CARs create and follow up
？ Electrical component verification
3. Work closely with QA/QC team on collecting the AIS, CTN, PACK BOM, RPDFs and other engineering documentations after GOs from each market, Maintenance in Ashley systems.
与QA/QC团队紧密协作，在每次展会结束GO LIST发出后及时将相关的AIS,CTN,PACK BOM,RPDF资料更新维护至相关的Ashley系统。

4. Coordinate with QA/QC/Supplier/Lab for New Go item test after each market Gos..
每季展会成功的ITEM，协调安排相关测试。

5. Continuous improvement efforts and provide management with cost benefit analysis, streamlining workflow, system requirements, etc. major focus on AFI Quality Intelligence Systems.
