岗位职责：
1.对老客户定期回访，维护客户关系，实现持续合作；
2.接听客服热线，积极与相关部门协调，及时处理客户投诉；
3.上级领导安排的其他工作。

任职要求：
1.工作态度严谨，沟通能力强、反应灵活、有亲和力、学习能力和抗压力强；
2.具备2年以上客服相关从业经验，普通话标准，声音甜美，有投诉处理工作经验；
3.熟练使用Office日常办公软件。
