职位描述：
Main responsibilities主要职责:
Ensure daily controlling operation in line with corporate HQ and local management requirement;
Monitor and improve the efficiency of business processes while observing the adequacy of internal controls
Support the company target setting and budget processing ;
Be responsible for monthly&quarterly &yearly controlling closing.
Development of measures for cost saving and reduction;
Daily operation management and financial planning with permanent cooperation together with central controlling;
Production cost calculation and monitoring;
Execute a regular KPI-reporting, gap analysis and efficiency improvements;
Supporting for budget process and rolling forecast monthly;
Basic data maintenance in ERP;
Other duties as assigned by supervisors
确保公司财务管理操作符合集团总部和中国会计准则的要求；
关注及改善业务流程的效率并确保内部控制的有效性；；
协助公司预算的制定和目标管理控制；
负责公司月度、季度和年度结帐工作，提供内部管理报表
协助制定有关成本控制的制度和流程；
执行成本控制部门的要求，对公司日常运营和财务计划进行管理和控制；
生产成本计算和监控；
完成关键绩效指标统计和分析以提升效率；
参与年度预算和滚动预测；
ERP系统基础数据维护;
完成主管分配的其他工作。

Qualification Requirement任职资格要求：
1. Above College degree, Accounting qualified credential专科以上学历，相关会计资格证书
2. At least 5 years Controller work experience in foreign company. 5年以上外企财务控制相关岗位的工作经验
3. Experience in SAP Controlling systems.具备SAP经验。
4. Experience in product costing and financial controlling function (manufacturing controlling, project controlling, overhead controlling etc)
熟悉产品成本结算及财务控制职能（生产控制，项目控制，费用/成本中心控制等.
5. Chinese fluent流利的中文
6. English (CET4 or higher) 英语流利大学英文四级或以上 举报 分享
