To ensure products quality stable, reliable, controlled all through the production line, so as to satisfy customer requirement.

This position is part of Compac Kunshan China’s QA & QC department.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
工作职责
? Lead sub-assembly, electronic assembly and sorter production process audit and put forward corrective measures, implement and track effectiveness.
? 参与半成品装配、电子装配和分选机组装过程审核和纠正预防措施的提出，落实与跟进；
? Define product quality inspection document.
? 制定产品质量检验文件；
? Production nonconforming case disposal
? 生产过程中不合格品的处理；
? Be responsible for measurement tools maintenance and management.
? 负责产品量具维护和管理；
? Deals with customer complaints, ensures to provide feedback to customer timely, and
regularly communicates with customer.
? 处理客户抱怨，确保给予客户及时反馈， 并与客户定期交流；
? Improves process quality competitiveness and customer satisfaction by driving
continuous improvement activities and inspiring innovations of ingenious products,
services, solutions and processes
? 通过推动持续改进活动和鼓励创新产品、服务、解决方案和流程，提高质量制程的竞争
力和客户满意度；

? Familiar with sheet metal, machining, and assembly process.
? 熟悉钣金，机加工和装配工艺
? GD&T proficiency, good understanding of tolerance stack-up and measurements
? 精通GD＆T，很好地理解公差叠加和测量
? Good logical and analytical ability. Good understanding quality tools (DOE,
? MSA, SPC,8D)
? 良好的逻辑和分析能力。熟练掌握质量工具（DOE,MSA,SPC,8D）
? Familiarity with MS office software, for example, Word, Excel, PPT etc.
? 熟练掌握 MS 办公软件，例如：Word, Excel, PPT 等
? Rich in organization ,communication, cooperation, persuade
? 具有一定的组织、沟通、协调能力，说服能力强

Education and Experience 教育程度和工作经验
? College Degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or related fields, or equivalent experience
? 大专以上学历， 机械工程及相关专业或相应的经验
? 4+ years of related working experience. Previous experience in machinery or equipment manufacturing industries preferred.
? 4年以上相关工作经验。有机械或设备制造业工作经验者优先。
? Western WOFE and manufacturing company experience preferred.
? 欧美外企及生产型企业经验优先。
? Good English skills in speaking and writting.
? 良好的英语说写能力
? Full driver’s license preferred
? 有驾照者优先
