职位描述：

Job Responsibility

1) Designs, develops, and implements cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting systems and equipment for Electronic automotive and SSL products;

2) Prepares test and diagnostic programs, designs test fixtures and equipment, and completes specifications and procedures for new products;

3) Works with engineering and sustaining teams to create and maintain PM and maintenance procedures and training materials for testing equipment;

4) Performs product validation testing for software and hardware;

5) Utilizes continuous improvement tools and methodologies to implement process and equipment improvements that will reduce cycle time, process variation, defects, test times, and costs;

6) Participates in defining test objectives, strategies, and standards in order to minimize test escapes, reduce cost and maximize yields

Job Requirements

1) Bachelor or above, major in electronic engineering or related with 2 years or above working experience in electronics manufacturer;

2) 3+ Years experience in electronics manufacturing process engineering field, be familiar with FMEA, well know of TS16949 standard requirement will be an advantage;

3) Experience with different product test strategy;

4) Would be a good planner, good listener, good communicator, trusted leader and well organized.
