Key Responsibilities:
? Be accountable for and manage the day-to- day operations of delivery and storage of materials and products and their distribution
? Establish and modify methods & procedures and maintain documentation and sheets and data processing of Logistic Group
? According to the production forecast and stock forecast to create and issue PO to supplier ; to deal with suppliers on solving related parts shortage issues
? Track materials delivery status and cycle counting to provide timely, accurate and current information and report; set up good communication channel and process for parts inventory control; conduct financial analysis of material inventory monthly
? Plan, organize and assign the warehouse workforce to meet JIS shipping and receiving requirements according to both inbound and outbound schedules
? JIS implementation in warehouse (lean layout, FIFO, PO signal, 5S, visual control etc.)
? Conduct Supplier Performance and Scorecard
? Coordinate the regular production meeting to check the material & parts status per order
? Track and audit FG/ WIP/ Raw Material inventory on hand, and responsible of plant KPI scorecard
? Make sure that the physic inventory on -hand can match the quantity in SAP System
? Manage equipment usage, space efficiency, appropriate storage practice inventory control as well as a safe, secure and clean warehouse environment
? Create yearly functional budget and track & update monthly / quarterly spending & forecasting
Requirement Profile
Professional Background / Basic Qualification / Work Experience:
? Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent major
? More than 5 years logistic working experience in Automotive Industry
? Know well ERP system (SAP System be preferred)
? Strong skill for production & material planning and inventory control
? Knowledge of Quality systems such as ISO14001, ISO9001, TS16949, VDA6.3 and tools
? Knowledge about customer order management (receive information from marketing/sales staff about price , quantity and technical index , and consolidate the information into a standard contract )
? Have basic knowledge for financial ratio tendency analysis
? Good English in both oral and written
? Experience in automotive field or exhaust system industry will be a plus
Technical Expertise: Have concept of JIS manufacturing system and understand production flow and workstation working content
Interpersonal Competence: Strong leadership & coaching skill
