职位描述：
Key Tasks:
1. Assist ERP systems users with data conversion.
2. Thoroughly understand ERP database schema.
3. Analyze and troubleshoot daily ERP system issues reported by end users.
4. Assist with testing new releases of ERP systems prior to use in a production environment.
5. Create documentation and procedures guidelines for ERP systems users.
6. Thoroughly understand business practices and procedures in order to design, develop and maintain automated workflow processes.
7. Design, develop and maintain reports used by technical staff and ERP systems users. (This requires thorough understanding of the Click Drag and Drill reporting tool and/or VB/VS Language).
8. Regular attendance at work and at scheduled meetings.
9. Demonstrates cultural competence and behaviors consistent with the core values, vision, and mission
10. Other duties as assigned by his direct manager.

Qualifications & Experience:
1. Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field or related discipline.
2. Minimum 2 years Hands-on experience on ERP implementation, support and maintenance in manufacturing factory
3. Knowledge of MPC/MRP processes
4. Knowledge of SQL Server database, SQL scripts and Visual Studio development experience will be advantage.
5. Structured thinking and good communication skill are required.
6. Knowledge of Windows Server and workstation operating systems and network.
7. Bilingual in Mandarin and English.
8. General accounting knowledge.
