职位描述：
本职位需求工作经验2~4年，211 / 985 高校全日制本科以上学历，英文流利，财务基础知识扎实。

Job Purpose:
Actual finance performance evaluation, Var analysis & follow up issues later on and support Budgeting and Forecasting process.

Main Responsibilities:
1.Support the preparation of the Budget process
2 Support the preparation of the Mid Term Plan process
3 Prepare Financial Reports including variance analysis, general accounting and interpretation of financial results from operations; Such as company performance report ,EBIT Bridge analysis ; Project status follow up and etc..
4 Conduct analysis and providing further reports with indicative information for the management.
5 Support the creation and implementation of standard work processes.
6 Other Add hoc tasks assigned

Essential Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, from a well established university, major in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
2. 2 years working experience in Accounting, Finance and similar functions.
3. Fluent in English, both verbal & written
4. Excellent Excel skills, PowerPoint, database management, other standard MS software.
5. ERP system experience preferred ( we use sytline).
6. CPA/CMA/ACCA or similar certificated are preferred
