职位描述：
岗位职责
? 负责对公司的原材料仓库进行组织管理，并对原材料、包装材料、供应商空箱、废料进行组织管理;
? 辅导、组织、授权仓管员开展工作。按照公司的政策和规章制度严格要求仓管员，对仓管员进行考核，督导各仓库财产物资的安全流动.
? 负责仓库的日常管理和运作;
? 监督和检查仓库物品的收、发、存记录，要求材料仓和成品仓账本、货物卡、实物必须相符，在工作流程上辅导和培训仓管员。
? 检查仓库5S工作的情况;
? 对仓库作业流程、岗位责任、规则制度的编制提出意.;
? 组织每月的月末盘点和每天的循环盘点工作，并及时向相关部门提交盘点结果;
? 定期检查实物库存情况，及时发现供货分析，及时报警;
? 负责部门各项档案管理、人员考勤等其他日常行政管理事务；负责做好部门负责人安排的其他具体临时日常工作;
岗位要求
? 熟悉SAP系统或其他ERP系统
? 具有较好的组织和协调能力;
? 具有库存控制管理的相关知识
? 具有仓库，运输等方面的物流知识
? 要求大学专科及以上学历，主修包装、物流、IE、供应链管理或其他相关的科目
? 具备在汽车部件制造公司的物流和仓库管理的知识
? 在外资和合资企业的物流管理职能至少三年的工作经验，及1年以上的管理经验
? 有一定英语基础
? 良好的组织、协调和沟通能力，工作细心有耐心
