Position
Overview:

The
position of Facility Manager is responsible for Facility (infrastructure
and equipment) and EHS management for Eisenmann China, including new
investment, maintenance, daily activities, and systematic management. This
involves setting up and executing an effective facility and EHS management
system in compliance with China government legal requirement and Eisenmann
global policy, developing, recommending and implementing programs to
promote safe and healthy working conditions.

Responsibilities:

Facility
management:

1. 
   
   Manage facility property (building, power, water supply, air-conditioners, landscape, furniture, lighting, equipments……) to keep in good condition, and cooperate with government on relative legal requirements.
2. Supervise new investment of facility and responsible for related legal approval.
3. Follow Eisenmann guidelines and procedures.
4. Develop program and procedure of all equipments maintenance (welding machine, cranes, air-compressor, gas station and other equipments), generate and implement facility annual maintenance plan/ preventive and corrective maintenance, manage related vendors, coordinate facility repair activities, make the facility budget, control the cost, etc.
5. Work with production team for new equipment investment.
6. Keep minimum equipment break-down time, quick response of breakdown maintenance and create safety working environment.
7. Manage facility and EHS asset.

EHS
management:

1. Develop and implement health, safety, environment, and emergency management system including but not limited as below:EIV, HIV, SA, ECA, Fire protection, sewage permit, hazardous materials treatment, emergency countermeasure for accidents and disaster, risk analysis, occupational disease examination, special type work, PPE, working injury handling, recycling waste disposal.
2. Make EHS budget and control the cost.
3. Lead company EHS committee to fulfill its commitment.
4. Conduct EHS audits, self-assessments and inspections, ensure EHS regulatory and company compliance.
5. Train all staff on EHS awareness and skills.
6. Run and supervise daily activities of EHS.
7. Manage overall company security.
   
   

Other
tasks assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

1. 
   Bachelor degree in mechanical, electrical, process engineering or civil engineering.
2. Above 8 years work experience in facility field among which 3 years in similar position, experience in multinational company is a plus.
3. Solid knowledge of facility and EHS management, familiar to Government policy and regulations.
4. Good command of English including reading, writing and speaking.
5. Skillful in MS Office.
6. Have the initiative and competence to detect and resolve problems independently.
7. Action and result-oriented.
8. High stress resistance and good team spirit.
9. Very good communication skills.
10. Proactive in approach, persistent in follow-ups.
11. Willing to travel within China occasionally.
