Job Responsibilities:

1. Answer & transfer the telephone accurately & politely.

2. Receive and screen all the daily faxes, letters, EMS, express & documents and distribute them to responsible person timely.

3. Call vendor for local and international express delivery service.

4. Record mails and parcels sent and received.

5. Ensure the safety and security of office by controlling in/out visitors, report immediately for any unusual situation.

6. Coordinate the company conference rooms properly.

7. Other tasks assigned.



Job Requirements:

1. Fresh graduate preferred, Bachelor degree, major in English or Administration Management will be prior.

2. TEM-8, good command of Mandarin & English, especially in listening, speaking.

3. Sound PC skill, familiar with MS office (Excel, Word, PPT, etc).

4. Polite and positive working attitude.

5. Teamwork, self-motivated, good communication & interpersonal skill.
