岗位描述：
1. 确保外购材料按订单计划足额按时交付
2. 认真履行和供应商的商务谈判
3. 努力完成年度采购成本目标
4. 建立，维护，发展和供应商关系，保证供应链稳定有效
5. 积极协调供应商的质量和开发工作，支持和配合质量和项目相关部门工作
6. 完成部门经理委托的工作

Job Description:
1. Ensure full and timely delivery of purchased materials as per Order Schedule.
2. conscientiously fulfill business negotiations with the suppliers.
3. make efforts to accomplish costing targets of annual purchases.
4. establish, maintain, develop relationship with suppliers, ensuring a stable and efficient supply chain
5. Actively coordinate with the supplier for quality and development, support and cooperate with quality and project management related departments.
6. Complete other work assigned by the department manager.

资格要求
1. 机械或类似专业，大专以上学历
2. 优秀的应届毕业生也可考虑，有相关工作经验者优先
3. 具备良好的计算机操作能力，熟练运用EXCEL等的办公软件
4. 具备基本的英语阅读能力
5. 为人正直坦诚

Required qualifications:
1. College education or above, majored in machinery or similar discipline.
2. At least 3 years of relevant work experience.Excellent fresh graduate could be consider also
3. Skilled in computer operation, proficient in use of office software, such as EXCEL.
4. have basic English reading ability.
5. honest and frank in character.
