岗位描述：

1.负责全面管理对应主机厂的产品工程工作，与客户和其它部门建立良好的沟通，积极指导、跟踪和审核持续改进工作和工程更改工作;
2.及时掌握行业与客户技术信息，并将相关信息及时向上级和相关部门传达,以发掘新的项目;积极配合销售等部门作好技术支持;
3.完成项目中产品工程的协调工作,积极取得相关部门的配合保证项目的顺利进行;
4.负责组织定期项目会议，准备状态评估和问题关闭;
5.负责主导内部里程碑/时间节点的回顾，促进问题解决;
6.促使生产工艺和实践的持续改进;
7.负责产品批量生产投放时的质量。
Job Description:
1. Responsible for overall management of the product engineering work with the corresponding vehicle plants, to establish good communication with customers and other departments, to actively guide, track and audit on continuous improvements and engineering changes;
2. Timely acquisition of technical information of the industry and customers, and convey the relevant information in a timely manner to the superiors and the relevant departments to identify new projects; actively cooperate with other departments like sales to prepare technical support;
3. to complete the project in coordination product engineering, and actively get smooth with the relevant departments to ensure projects;
4. Responsible for organizing regular project meetings, readiness evaluations and issues closures;
5. Responsible for leading a review of internal milestones / time nodes, promoting problem solving;
6. Promotion of continuous improvement of production processes and practices;
7. Responsible for product quality during the mass production.

资格要求
１.本科以上学历，有5年以上独立的汽车行业新产品开发经验，并具有一定的工程背景；
２.良好的沟通协调能力和策划能力，抗压力强，能吃苦耐劳；　　　　　　　　　　　　　
３.熟悉TS、VDA等或奔驰汽车行业体系，并具有良好的项目管理知识；
4.熟练的英语交流能力。
Required qualifications:
1. University degree or above, with five years plus of experience in independent development of new product in automotive industry, and have some engineering background;
2. Good communication skills and planning ability, hard working and able to work under pressure;
3. Familiar with automotive industry system TS, VDA, etc., or Mercedes-Benz etc. and with good knowledge of project management;
4. Good English communication skills.
