The Machining Quality Engineer’s responsibility includes but is not limited to:
Reports to the Quality Manager
Deal with customer complain and follow the corrective actions inside the factory.
客诉处理并跟踪内部改善状况
Ensure accurate and complete control plans and process procedures.
确保准确和完整的控制计划和工艺过程
Make sure first piece inspection and process inspection are conducted and records are maintained.
为生产线操作工及检验员制定首检、巡检、过程检测相关数据记录表单
Make sure all major and critical characteristics are under control and make control chart as necessary.
对关键尺寸的过程能力及过程稳定性，以控制图的形式监控，并及时反映出生产过程中出现的问题
Conduct annual MSA for each type of gage and judge if Gage meets requirement.
能对测量系统进行正确的分析，对被使用检具的重复性和再现性进行定量的分析，并判断是否可用
Collect daily inspection data and analyze the data monthly. Then provide improvement elements for next monthly.
收集每日的首检、巡检、及过程检的相关数据，并定期对数据进行分析处理，反映出阶段性的质量情况，为下阶段的改正和改进提供依据
When quality issue arises, call relevant people to discuss and identify root cause and record all quality issue per NPR form sheet. To the issue, which affects fit, form and function, need to initiate an 8D and follow-up step by step.
对异常情况，应有处理措施，必要时召集有关部门进行分析讨论，得出明确的解决措施，并敦促相关职能部门及时解决问题。可以通过NPR表格对质量问题进行记录，并以8D报告的形式对重大质量问题进行处理分析
Report monthly quality summary to quality manager and provide reasonable suggestion so as to be continuous improvement.
每月向部门领导汇报质量情况，提交各质量统计数据，并提出质量改进建议

QUALIFICATIONS:
Academic:
Bachelor or above, at least 3-4 years work experience in mechanical area.
本科及以上学历，3-4年以上机械领域相关工作经验
Experience
-Familiar with OEMs’ requirements, quality standards and problem-solving methods
熟悉OEM厂的要求 ，质量标准，问题解决方法
- Know well on SPC, MSA and PPAP. Understand each phase of APQP.
能熟练应用SPC工具，了解APQP相关内容及PPAP制作程序，熟练掌握MSA，能对过程能力进行正确分析
- Good communication skill and strong teamwork spirit.
细心，善于沟通，较强的团队协作能力
- Have basic English communication skill.
具有一定的英语读写能力
- CMM and related programming will be preferred.
会CMM及编程者优先
