QUALIFICATIONS:
Academic:
?Bachelor Graduate in Engineering, mechanical field
Experience
?Minimum 4 years of SQE experience in auto field
?Hands-on working experience with ISO/TS core tools such as SPC, Control Plan, FMEA, PPAP, MSA, APQP, etc.
?ISO/TS internal/external audits and customer related audit

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Supplier Quality Engineer’s responsibility includes but is not limited to:
Reports to the Director of Quality
– Assesses potential new suppliers and makes recommendations to Management

– Analyzes the suppliers’ capabilities and works with suppliers to develop and improve their processes and quality
分析供应商能力，与供应商共同开发和改善他们的生产工艺和质量
– Assists suppliers’ with problem-solving and resolution to recurring issues experienced by the plants. Verifies the effectiveness of those corrective actions
帮助供应商解决问题及工厂内重复性问题的解决；验证纠正措施的有效性
– Evaluates and dispositions PPAP’s submitted by suppliers as well as capacities
评估、处置供应商提交的PPAP文件
– Performs process and system audits at the suppliers
对供应商过程和体系审核
– Establishes and maintains good open communications between SMW and its suppliers by routinely interacting with engineering, purchasing, the manufacturing plants and the suppliers
在SMW公司内部与供应商之间建立和维护良好、开发的沟通互动关系
– Works with the project teams to clearly define the expectations and deliverables for the suppliers during the APQP
与项目团队在APQP期间定义对供应商的期望和交付成果
– Monitors suppliers’ performance and assures feedback to the supplier. Helps develop improvement plans for those suppliers in need
监控供应商的执行状况并做出及时反馈；必要时帮助供应商制定改善计划
– Reports all findings in summary to his supervisor. Requests assistance when needed to resolve issues

– Other duties as assigned. Follow instructions
