Responsibilities:

1. Working with the US HQ to process sales quotation and process orders to the satisfaction of customers

2. Order configuration acknowledgement and conformation

3. Making the necessary changes in the inventory records

4. Responsible for scheduling shipment and delivery to customer

5. Responsible for issues in importing and exporting parts or products

6. Managing customer returns



Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree or above

2. Expertise in receiving materials, warehousing and inventory management

3. Expertise in international customs declarations, Chinese VAT management

4. Expertise in picking, packing, and shipping via all local and international couriers

5. Must be highly customer service orientated

6. Supply chain and vendor management experience a plus

7. Good English skill in oral and written
