职位描述
a) 卸载和运输收到的材料和模具，确保正确标签和运输到正确的目的地；
Unload and transport received materials and dies, make sure the labels and transport to correct destination.
b) 帮助冲压换线模具和材料的更换；
Help press for changeover the dies and the materials.
c) 确保冲压区域的材料和零件的先进先出和追溯性；
Ensure the stamping material and parts of FIFO and traceability
d) 负责冲压件零件的移动记录及通知物流对库存的控制；
Responsible for records of the stamping parts moved and inform Logistics for inventory control.
e) 负责冲压件的空箱子，容器和消耗品包装材料的收集；
Responsible for collection of the Press empty bins, containers and expendable packaging materials.
f) 负责冲压区域的材料、零件和模具的安全转运和放置；
Responsible for the stamping materials, parts and dies the safety of the transport and placement
g) 确保叉车和其它作业工具的安全使用和安全装置的正常运行
Ensure the safety of the forklift and other tools to use and the normal operation of the safety device
h) 负责确保一般通用安全指导方针(叉车检查表)的坚持执行；
Responsible for ensuring general safety guidelines (forklift check list) are adhered to.
i) 负责维护一个干净、整洁和有序的空箱子存储区域；
Responsible for maintaining a clean, tidy and organized Empty bin area.
j) 任何容器及容器车子的损坏都必须及时汇报；
Any damaged bins and bin cars report timely。
k) 严格遵守作业规范及安全规范，时刻确保一个安全的工作环境；
Accordance with the SOP and the safety specification ,make sure work in a safe manner at all times.
l) 积极参与各种持续改善及合理化建议活动；
Participate in continuous improvement program and GEAR activities.
m) 坚守生产岗位﹑遵守劳动纪律，保证完成工作任务；
Insist on production jobs, observe the labour discipline and ensure to complete work tasks.
n) 工作要符合质量和环境系统的要求；
In line with the requirements of quality and environment system.
o) 部门主管分配的其它工作；
Perform other duties as assigned by department manager.
p) 严格遵守﹑认真贯彻落实公司各项方针政策和规章制度；
Observe, earnestly implement the policies and regulations of the company.
q) 负责维护一个干净、整洁有序的工作区域，注重6S的落实；
Responsible for maintaining a clean/tidy and organized work area, pay attention to the 6S.
