Main Responsibility:

o Have technical responsibilities in the execution of projects
负责项目实施中的技术部分
o Assess and select the supplier based on the technical knowledge
根据技术知识评估和选择供应商
o Analysis drawings and specifications from the oversea customers
分析客人的图纸具体规格要求
o Technically support the purchasing department
向采购部提供技术支持
o Monitor or supervise suppliers' performances in technical perspective
就技术方面监管供应商的合作情况
o Provide technical expertise suggestions and decisions for various mental parts project
对各种金属件项目提供专业的技术方面的建议
o Make sure the finished metal parts wholly according to the drawing and specifications
根据客人的图纸和规格确保完成整个金属部分的工作
o Audit the producer according to ISO standard and customer's requirement
根据客人或者ISO标准审核供应商
o Manage, supervise the team member
管理整个团队
o Source the producers if necessary

Qualification:
应聘要求:
- Bachelor's Degree or above, majoring in Mechanical Engineering is preferred
本科学历或以上,工程技术专业优先
- At least 5 years engineering experience. Experience in fastener industry is a plus
至少5年在相關企業或相關工作崗位工作經驗，如有五金精密機加工或者緊固件方面的經驗尤佳，有内审员和担任管理者代表优先
-Good communication skills, and ability to manage multi - tasks and work under pressure -Good spoken and written English is a must
良好的英语读写能力
-Teamwork spirit, mature/pleasant personality and professional working Attitude, with strong sense of responsibility

-Good knowledge with the materials and processing methods of metal parts
了解原材料和金属产品的制作工艺及方法
-Well know ISO 9000, other quality management system and different production technologies as well as quality requirements (PPAP, Process-FMEA, 50ppm)
熟知ISO9001&ISO1400和TS16949等相關管理體系以及不同產品的質量和技術要求，（熟悉PPAP文件的製作）
-Proficient knowledge to manage, direct and execute engineering activities required for the customers

-Logical and strategic thinking, plus strong interpersonal and presentation skills
思维严谨和良好的人际沟通技巧
