职位描述

Our Client is a US company as Tire 1, located in Kunshan area.

Report to: Plant Manager and Sr. Quality Manager Asia Pacific

Main Responsibilities:

? Directly supervises the quality assurance employees which are defined by the plants organizational charts. Establishes quality objectives to continuously improve the systems that control product quality;
? Maintains a reporting system on key measurable to keep all employees informed. Maintain an evaluation system to insure adherence to established systems;
? Maintains involvement in all advanced product quality planning efforts of all new products and processes to ensure product quality;
? Plans, organizes and maintains a quality employee development program;
? Maintains a control system to insure all gage equipment is accurate, fully functional, and traceable;
? Maintains a Statistical Process Control system for establishing, controlling and verifying process capability and product characteristics;
? Maintains a system that works with sales, laboratory, engineering, production, scheduling and our customer to obtain production part approval;
? Maintains a system to insure that the highest levels of product quality are received from our suppliers. Maintain a system for tracking supplier performance;
? Insures traceability system is maintained from receipt and during all stages of production, delivery, and installation. Maintains quality systems in agreement with customer specific requirements;
? Responsible for communicating and administrating corrective action programs internally and with our suppliers;
? Represents Company Automotive at the customers' location in meetings involving quality issues and is involved in all plant quality systems review. Entertains on occasion;
? Acts as management representative in the administration of TS16949 requirements, and will have the responsibility of communicating to the registrar any instance which causes the plant to become non-compliant in any area of TS16949;
? Remains aware of latest developments and methods being used within the profession of quality by attending meetings, seminars, training courses, and reading technical publications;
? Provides resources and capital to support continuous improvement objectives;
? Analyzes warranty information for opportunities to improve new product development;
? Manages a system to control all quality system documentation and records;
? Makes disposition of suspect product;
? Coordinates customer plant visits for reported concerns and courtesy call;
? Coordinates third party sorting activities. Maintain master potential failure mode and effects analysis and control plan;
? May be assigned other responsibilities as required.

Key Requirements:

? Bachelors Degree with technical background;
? Five to eight years of prior Quality Assurance experience;
? Good communication skills in English, verbal and written (CET-6 or equal experience);
? Ability to support management skills as well as technical skills in statistics, FMEA, 8-D Problem Solving methods, PPAP and APQP;
? Ability to deal with customer contacts;
? Trained in ISO/TS16949;
? Strong communication skills;
? Ability to work in a noisy environment and be exposed to carbon black dust which may be dirty.Good communication skills in English, verbal and written (CET-6 or equal experience);
? Ability to support management skills as well as technical skills in statistics, FMEA, 8-D Problem Solving methods, PPAP and APQP;
? Ability to deal with customer contacts;
? Trained in ISO/TS16949;
? Strong communication skills;
? Must be able to make decisions timely and effectively and provide direction to subordinates;
? Should be analytical in decision making and be able to represent the companies interests at all times;
? Must be able to determine when an immediate decision is needed.
