1、日常会计工作管理：
Daily accounting work management:
- 管理及控制现金流量，贷款、货币兑换；
Manage and control of cash flow, loans, currency exchange.
- 控制企业在经营活动中的成本、定价；
Control cost and price in the business activities.
- 审批财务收支，审阅财务专题报告和会计报告，参与重大的财务收支计划、经济合同的运筹；
Examine and approve financial revenues and expenditures, review financial special reports and financial reports, take part in financial revenue and expenditure plans and economic contract.
- 指导编制月、季、年度国内会计报表及公司要求的其他管理报表，做到数字真实、计算准确、内容完整、说明清楚、报送及时。
Supervise to make monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, and assure figures be true and correct, content integrity, submitted timely.
- 负责公司ERP系统的维护及外部系统维护商的联系。
Be responsible for the maintenance of ERP system and contact external system maintenance with supplier.
2、会计监督与资产管理：
Accounting supervision and assets management:
- 监督编制财务月、季、年度报表、预算表和现金流量报告；
Supervise to make all statement.
- 监督指导出纳会计、存货会计等按时、按要求记账收款，如实反映和监督企业的各项经济活动和财务收支情况，保证各项经济业务合情、合理、合法；
Supervising to instruct cashier and accountant all bookkeeping exactly, and assure all bookkeeping to reflect all actual company situations.
-对不良债权处置提出合理化意见；
Rationalize of views for the disposal of bad debts.
-定期组织对公司固定资金和流动资产的清查、核实，确保财产的准确性，加强对固定资产和流动资产的管理，提高资金利用率。
Supervise to organize company’s assets stocktaking, and assure company assets safely.
3、其他的由上级主管安排的工作；
Others work which is dispatched by superiors.
Qualification任职资格:
1、大学本科学历，财务类相关专业；
university degree, major in finance and accounting;
2、2年以上相关工作经验;
more than 2 years related working experience;
3、英语听、说、写流利。
fluent in English speaking, reading and writing.
