Electrical components such as generators & electrical drives/motors, transformers, switchgear, factory- and process automation etc., also gear boxes.
Industrial infrastructure, including industries like oil & gas, cement and mining, pulp and paper, automotive vehicle OEMs etc.

Debrouillage China Co., Ltd. was set up in 2008. For our small, but fast growing business, we want to hire a business analyst and management consultant with a long-term perspective.

Professional requirements:

- College education (at least Bachelor degree)
- Engineering degrees preferred (electrical or mechanical engineering, alternatively computer science, civil engineering etc.)
- Business degrees, language degrees etc. also welcome.
- Excellent English skills needed, English being our global corporate language, important for trainings etc., while Chinese is spoken in the China office
- More than 2 years of professional working experience
- Experience of related fields (see above) will be an advantage

- Sociable personality, no shyness in contacting strangers, winning personality
- Very open and tolerant mindset, willing to work in intercultural team, ideally intercultural experience
- Clarity & result orientation; balance of humility & self assurance, diligence
- Creative with independent problem solving skills.
- Ability to derive and discuss insights and conclusions on top of facts and information, and to do consistency checks; - willingness to commit to a clear statement if convinced, but never make-believe competence
