Responsibility:
1) Provides specialized assistance to internal sales/service personnel and customers by acting on a variety of requests including, sales contract follow up,sample requests,and other sales/service related activities that willsupport sales/service associates in achieving their targets
2) Additional possible projects include system clean-ups; mailings and mail merges; and performing a variety of data entry
3) Assist in updating internal forecasts
4) Work closely with internal cross functional departments
5) Lead promotional contracts and entering data in system
6) Performs other related duties as required or requested

Requirement:
1) New graduate is acceptable
2) Microsoft Office(Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
3) Fluent written and spoken English
4) Strong communication skill and good attitude is highly preferred
