Job responsibilities:
Handling customer complaint both 0-Km and field return.
Conduct containment actions and preventive measures at customer location
Technical support on customer site.
Coordinate pre-analysis in customer plants and feedback.
Develop and maintain good relationship with customer and increase customer satisfaction.
Negotiation complaints handling process with customer.
Interface between customer and internal
Regular review complaint status and follow up with internal team.
Support customer visit and audit with internal team.
Manage on site serivce/employee to handling customer issue.
Other assessementy by quality manager.

Job requirements:
Minimum technical associate degree, Chemistry or Mechanical subject is preferred.
Min 5 years experience with quality control in automotive industry and technical support in customer.
Be familiar with TS16949,PPAP, FMEA and SPC,
Experience problem solving process for Statistical analysis method,8D method, PDCA method,3x5why method etc in product control and process management.
Good communicate as required and fluent English both oral and written.
Energetic, Initiative, organized thinking and good communication skill

Skills / Qualifications requirements:
Well experienced in APQP, PPAP activties
Well know quality tools for MSA,SPC,Minitab,PFMEA,etc

6 sigma experience is preferred.

Travel is required.
