职位描述：
1.通过公司的学习培训能很快地熟悉公司业务流程，识别目标客户潜在需求。
2.通过电话沟通，寻找销售机会、邀约客户见面、谈判并达成交易成功，努力完成规划的销售指标。
3.维护客户关系，提供相应售后服务，对客户需求进行定期追踪、同时进行深度开发。
4.根据市场数据分析报告，改善销售渠道，提升销售技巧，提高客户满意度。
5.沟通及谈判能力强，能于同事相互协助配合。
岗位要求：
1.女性，22-40岁，高中以上，普通话标准，语言表达流畅，思路清晰，抗压能力强，喜欢有挑战性的销售行业。
2.应届毕业生或有电话销售经验者优先。
