Costing Manager position

Key Responsibilities
Be responsible for analysis of the overall delivery of Company financial targets on a regular basis;
Lead the monthly forecast update process by maintaining effective partnerships with related teams;
Analyze and track the profitability of company's products
Analyze the costs of company's new products and projects
Involvement and assistance in the external and internal auditing process
Prepare monthly financial management presentations
Frequent communication between related department heads
Can work independently as well as have to lead a team

Background and Skill:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or economics
At least 6 years of Finance analysis experiences
Good business sense and detail –oriented
Ability to analyze, compare and interpret facts quickly
Familiar with project and product cost model
Independent and good team player
Strong communication skills and ability to generate trust and respect of business units peers and supervisors
Experience to lead a team
Fluent in English
