Definition and background information

· Focus on cost management and credit management, and play as a role of accounting information processing to meet the requirements of Finance Department.

Key Responsibility

· Manage and control the cost of each project;

· Cooperate with various departments to maintain and update standard cost;

· Manage cost of inventory including cost analysis of physical count variance and inventory reconciliation;

· Update cost information, analyze and calculate the variance between actual expenditure and budget/plan, prepare reports including comments and analysis, and follow up negative deviation;

· Cooperate with supply chain department in order to optimize purchasing process to enlarge credit limited amount, to increase accurate order, and to receive materials on time;

· Assist in reviewing budget, providing recommendations for cost saving, and optimizing finance process.

Educational / Professional Qualifications

· Bachelor degree in finance or accounting or Economics.

· English fluency

Necessary Experience

· > 7 years in similar position;

· Background of financial reporting is a plus;

· Experience from project cost controlling;

· Project cost management experience is desirable.

Required knowledge, skills, and abilities

· Accounting expertise skills with knowledge of industrial accounting and tax legislation;

· Finance knowledge including budgeting/forecasting and cash management;

· Good English speaking and writing skills;

· Good communication ability and teamwork spirit.
