Background Information

Perform a variety of HR functions relating to labor and ER, training, PM, enhance ESS process and result, corporate culture, brand and other duties in order to support overall business objectives and good relations with departmental "customers".

Key Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the full scope HR functions including recruiting and staffing, organizational design, compensation and rewards;
• Be responsible for annual salary planning and training and development;
• Assist and coach the business leader and senior staff with talent assessment, coaching, leadership skills development, career planning, employee relations, employee performance management, employee learning and engagement and organizational effectiveness;
• Develop appropriate human resource plans in support of key business needs in a dynamic, changing environment and develop / implement appropriate change management plans as necessary;
• Manage admin affairs to meet organization needs.

Educational / Professional Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in Human Resource Management
• English: fluent in oral and writing
• With Education in Finance or Psychology is preferred
• With Coaching education is preferred

Required Experience,Knowledge and Abilities

• 8 years working experience in HR field
• HR management experience 5 years
• Leadership experience
• Negotiation skills
• Coaching skills
• Working experience from engineering business is preferred
