职位描述
Responsibility:
1.Be fully responsible for the daily work of quality department;
2.Be responsible for setting quality objectives of the company;
3.Be responsible for supervising the effective implementation of the company’s quality management system;
4.Be responsible for customer satisfaction survey and customer claim treatment.
5.Organize for setting quality control option based on the company’s overall quality status and taking the records work by quality inspector, supervise for the product quality.
6.Take application of the statistical technology and quality data analysis of the quality management system, set the corrective action and follow up its implementation.
7.Organize for the establishment and improvement of quality inspection and acceptance standard;
8.Be responsible for managing the quality department staffs, giving them technical guidance and training, taking evaluation and assessment for their job;
9.Finish other tasks assigned by superiors.
Requirement:
Education: Bachelor degree or above (relax for the outstanding ones)
Good English skills in oral and writing
Experience: more than 8 years’ working experience in manufacturing enterprise with same position (Steel structure industry is preferred)
Characteristic: strong responsibility and principle.Personality: positive and enthusiastic, be good at communication, be justice for everyone and with certain organizing ability;
工作内容：1、全面负责质量部日常工作；2、负责组织制定公司的质量目标；3、负责监督公司质量管理体系的有效运行；4、负责客户满意度调查与客户投诉处理；5、根据公司整体质量状况组织制定质量控制方案，监控产品全程质量；6、品质管理系统统计技术的应用和品质数据分析，制定纠正措施，跟踪措施的执行情况；7、组织建立和完善质量检验和验收标准及规范；8、负责本部门人员的管理、技术指导和培训工作，并对其工作进行考核。9、完成上级交办的其他工作任务。
任职要求：
1、大专以上学历；
2、英语良好，较好的口语及书面表达能力；
3、8年以上制造企业同岗位工作经验（钢结构行业优先），懂焊接加工工艺标准及要求；
4、个人素质：强烈的责任感及原则性，积极热情。
