职位描述
Responsibility:
1.Handle for the daily work and take overall quality supervision for the material and production under the leadership of quality manager;
2.Audit for the inspection records;
3.Assist quality manager to manage for the quality inspectors, handle for the quality department daily work, report the quality status when necessary and issue the product quality certification and inspection certification etc.
4.Handle for the non-conforming products, take analysis for the abnormalities with other departments, set corrective and protective action and follow up its effectiveness.
5.Manage, supervise and evaluate for the quality department staffs and keep evaluation results on file.
6.Formulate and perfect the standard of material purchasing, product process and inspection for the finished products.
7.Take regular or irregular quality inspection for each department, propose relevant handling suggestions and do records;
8.Take guidance and training for the operation technology of quality inspectors;
9.Have right to give advice of exchanging quality inspector based on the working status of quality inspectors.
10.Have right to give advice of taking punishment for those who violates quality manage regulations.
Requirements：
Education: Junior college and above;
Good English is preferred;
Experience: 3 years’ relevant working experience, be familiar with steel structure production technology and relevant quality inspection and acceptance standard.
Characteristic: strong responsibility and principle.
Personality: positive and enthusiastic, be good at communication, be justice for everyone and with certain organizing ability;
Skills: be skillful at computer and office automation;
工作内容：1、在质量部经理的领导下，负责对质量部日常工作，负责物料及生产过程质量监控；2、负责检验记录的审核；3、协助质量经理管理质检人员，及时发放产品合格证及检验证书；4、负责对不合格产品的处理、协同各部门一起对异常进行原因分析、制定纠正预防措施，并对其进行有效进行跟踪；5、编制及完善检验规范；6、负责质检员技术方面的指导和培训。
任职要求：
1、大专以上学历；2、英语良好；3、熟悉钢结构生产工艺和相关质量检验和验收标准。
