必备要求：
1.熟练掌握数控编程及操作，对加工经验和工艺设计有绝对的把握和信心；
2非常熟练工装夹具设计与制造，懂得各类刀具的设计原理于使用,会磨刀
3.熟悉相关办公软件使用技能，编程软件，如，master CAM UG. CAD ，熟悉法兰克，三菱，哈斯等系统的操作级编程优先;
4.有较强的沟通与协调能力，并具有较强的责任感。
