? Insure required CMM programming for layout, SPC and inspection measurements are scheduled and accurate.
? Perform quality inspections.
? Create and updated all APQP documents such as control plans, inspection instructions and logs.
? Establish and assist with statistical measurements and calculations.
? Assist in creating sample submission packages.
? Assist in the maintenance and calibration of Quality related fixtures and equipment.
? Serve as a primary contact with customer.
? Lead problems solving efforts.


? Limited supervision of quality inspectors and line inspectors.
? Lead assigned Quality initiatives.
? Assist in Continuous Improvement activities.
? Comply with Environmental Management System regulatory requirements, procedures and work instructions, and support recycling efforts.
? Other duties as assigned from Quality Manager.
? Creation process and machine capabilities
? Creation gauge, device and measuring equipment capabilities
? Update P-FMEAs after closed complaints
? Processing of complaints
? Creating Quality instruction and update if necessary those
? Complaining of the purchased (suppliers) parts for defects
? Creation of failure analyses and evaluation to reduce of those with the usual methods: Pareto diagram, Ishikawa, 5 Why, etc.
? Create sample test reports (ISTR, PPAP) also at changes in customer drawings
