- 2-10年电子组装行业相关工作经验
- 有冲压、喷涂、组装等从业经验，能独立解决产品工艺问题
- 积极主动，抗压能力强
- 具备英文读写能力

工作职责
Process Improvement
Set up yield target and maintain yield performance; Monitor production process,identify and analyze potential problem areas;Collect data from process for team review and continuous improvement;Propose and implement improvement actions;Verify the effectiveness of corrective actions in order to improve quality,reduce cost and improve customer satisfication.

Project Management
Propose cost saving and process improvement projects;Lead and coordinate cost saving and process improvement projects;Review project progress on a regular basis;Resolve project issues;Periodically provide progress report to manager in order to ensure timely completion of project and achieve cost saving target.

Technical Support Provide technical support to other functions for new product introduction, improvement and TEOA activities;Set up BOM and Routing for new product,make updates for existing product to reflect real situation;Evaluate new fixture,jig and die design for new product,work with equipment engineer to modify existing tooling;Caculate and review production capacity,prepare CER for capacity expansion in order to improve manufacturing efficiency,reduce cost.

Process Document Update SOP and work instruction for production process in a timely manner;Originate other process related documents such as PFMEA and PFC according to TS16949 requirements;Regularly review and update process related documentation in order to meet Quality Assurance Procedure requirements.

Quality Issue Resolution Work with team to analyze customer complaints or internal NCRs to identify source of quality issues;Implement design of experiments to initiate corrective actions;Provide data to verify improvement actions;Work with team to provide feedback(data,evidence)to customer in order to improve quality and customer satisfication.
