Job Summary:(职位描述）
* Troubleshoots line equipment: performs line equipment calibration and repairs（负责解决生产线设备:执行线设备校准和维修）;
*performs routine maintenance on a variety of line production Equipment and makes the necessary/ adjustments to restore（执行产线各类生产设备调整及日常维护）
*equipment to proper operating standards; （制定设备操作标准;）
*makes verbal or written reports to supervisor regarding conditions or problems encountered.（遇到问题口头或书面报告主管）

Duties and Responsibilities：（工作职责）

*Set-up troubleshoots machines/equipment/tools based on production schedule.（在生产计划内做机器/设备故障排除）
*Calibrates machines/equipments/tools with correct perimeters in order to bring about smooth machine operation.（保障机器、设备正常、平稳运转，降低机器设备故障率）
*Attains target time per machine.（保障每台机周转时间达标）
*Provide update of over-all machine status on his/her area of responsibility（在责任区域内保障机器处于最新状态）
*Coordinates with production for line priority（优化产线生产）
*Guides production personnel on proper and correct machine operations.（指导产线人员正确操作机台）
*Performs periodic maintenance to ensure consistent performance with high degree of productivity and reliability.（执行定期维护校正，,以确保机器性能和生产具有一致性与可靠性）
*Supports Process Engineers (PE). And Quality Control and production personnel during materials and engineering
evaluations.（支援PE/QE/生产人员对材料与制程评估）
*Generates reports on prescribe forms regarding machine downtime, parameters and repairs actions one on
concerned equipment.　（形成有关设备、机器停机时间、相关参数、维修操作的报告）
*Maintains absolute cleanliness of equipment and surrounding area of equipment（保持设备及周边区域的清洁）
*Other task as assigned by superior from time to time.（上级交待的其他任务）

Work Relationships（工作联系）

· *Reports directly to Lead Technician / Equipment Maintenance Supervisor（报告给部门主管）

Qualification Requirement（任职要求）：

*Education（教育背景）: Minimum of 3d years in any Engineering Course or graduate of two (2) years Electronics Technology.（电子相关专业大专毕业或有2年电子半导体封装机台维护经验）
