Requirement:
1. University degree in industrial, mechanical or vehicles engineering.
2. Family with ISO/TS 16949 quality management system
3. Family with 5 tools in auto field (FMEA, APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC)
4. At least 5 years working experience as quality engineer in auto industry.
5. Good command of PDCA and 8D process.
6. Good skill on trouble shooting
7. Good communication skill
8. Fluent English.

Responsibility:
1. Handling with customer complains.
2. Take failure analyze and improvement action for all defect found on customer site and plant.
3. New project assistance in quality field, set up standard and metric for product quality.
4. Lead the activity for customer audit and bring customer voice into company in order to ensure compliance with requirement.
5. Monitor the KPI in quality and take improvement action.
