职位描述：

1、负责生产部各类生产设备（飞针机、通用测试机、专用测试机、钻孔机等）的月度保养计划的制订，并按照月度保养计划，按期对设备进行保养维护；responsible for making monthly maintenance plan for production machines (like fly probes, universal testers, dedicated machines, drill machines and so on), realize the maintenance plan in time according to the schedule;

2、处理生产部设备的工作异常，调查并分析异常原因，并处理异常，保证机器的良好运作，减少并避免设备因故障停机的时间；solve the abnormal of production machines, investigate and analyze the reasons, and guarantee the good operation condition of machines, reduce and avoid the stopping time of the production machines because of breakdown;

3、制作生产设备的日常点检表，督促并检查作业员的执行情况；responsible for making daily inspection sheet for the production machines, supervise and check the implement done by the operators;

4、制作生产设备的操作规范，督促并检查作业员的执行情况；严禁作业员违规操作生产设备，如人为导致故障，要给予警告及惩罚； responsible for making the SOP of the production machines, supervise and check the implement result, If operators damaged the machines because of violating SOP, they will be warned and punished;

5、负责去客户端解决公司所售设备的售后服务工作，以及协助深圳、无锡的兄弟公司处理生产设备的异常问题；responsible for the after-sale-service of the machines sold by company in the customers’ site, and assist the brother companies in Shenzhen and Wuxi to fix the problems of the production machines.

6、TC经理安排的其他临时工作，比如新测试业务开发等。Other temporary work assigned by the TC manager, like new testing business development and so on.

岗位要求：

1、男性，大专以上学历，机电一体化或类似专业，25岁-35岁，英文良好者优先录用。

2、3年以上数控类设备的维护经验，对硬件及软件有丰富的知识基础，熟悉玛尼亚测试设备者优先录用。

3、较强的协作、沟通能力。
