岗位描述：
1. 对供应商例行品质绩效评估与稽核;
1.1导入新厂商:
对新供应商作总况调查、QSA(Qaulity System Audit), QPA(Quality process Audit)、签定品质合约;
1.2供应商例行品质绩效评, 每月评分与制程稽核QPA;
1.3 制程稽核(QPA)每季度末由SQE制定下季度的审核计划.
2 . 品质监督与异常辅导;
供应商供货绩效数据为基础，对厂商品质异常, 通过review 其FMEA、8D/5C report, 及review 改善的结果等，以监督其品质改善状况.
通过驻厂Production Line Walking audit, check 品质异常改善措施的实施状况，并提出相关的改善要求，以辅导厂商品质的维持与改善.
3 .新产品和工程变更导入时的供应商制程与产品确认和持续改善(CIP);
对新产品和工程变更产品的首次投产，均须到厂商的产线，对其制程的状况和产品的合格状况进行确认，并等相关数据。如FMEA、 PMP、SPC等。
4. 公司的不良品处理;与供应商联系确认返工、报废
5. 遵守国家法律法规，政策和法令。遵守经营秘密、遵守公司各项规章制度。按时完成公司下达的临时任务。
Job Description:
1. routine quality performance evaluation and audit on suppliers;
1.1 Introduction of new suppliers:
Overall survey of new suppliers, QSA (Quality System Audit), QPA (Quality process Audit), signing of a quality contract ;
1.2 Routine quality performance evaluation on suppliers, monthly rating and process auditing, QPA;
1.3 An audit plan of next quarter, Process Audit (QPA) to be developed by SQE at the end of each quarter.
2. The quality supervision and consultancy on abnormal cases;
Based on Supplier delivery performance data, to monitor its quality improvement by reviewing its FMEA, 8D/5C reports, and results of the improvements etc.
By on-site Production Line Walking audit, to check the status of implementation of measures to improve the quality abnormities, and propose relevant improvement requests to assist and maintain the improvement of manufacturer’s quality.
3 Approval of supplier process and continuous improvement (CIP) during introduction of new products and engineering changes;
For each SOP of new products and engineering changed products, presence at the manufacturer's production site is required to release their conformance status of processes and products, and other related data such as FMEA, PMP, SPC, etc.
4. Disposal of defective products; Communication with the supplier for rework, scrap etc.
5 Compliance with national laws, regulations, policies and decrees. Business secrets maintenance, compliance with rules and regulations of the company. Timely completion of other temporary tasks assigned by the company.

学历：本科，工作年限：3年
Education: university degree, at least 3 years relevant experience.
任职资格的具体描述
1.工程或相关专业本科学历
2.至少三年汽车行业工作经验
3.了解产品质量先期策划，生产件批准程序，失效模式与影响分析，测量系统分析，七个质量手段以及问题解决8步法
Required qualifications:
4.了解TS16949
1. Bachelor's degree in engineering or related disciplines.
2. At least three years of work experience in the automotive industry.
3. Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, seven quality tools, and 8-step problem solving.
4. Familiar with TS16949.
