岗位描述：
1．负责产品的APQP和PPAP文件编制
2．负责项目中质量文件的编制
3．负责TS16949的内审工作,督促和跟踪验证改进措施的落实。
4．负责客户所需的质量记录的提供。
5．负责生产现场的质量监督工作
6．负责检查各工序的工艺控制点，发现问题及时向有关操作人员下达纠正措施指令，并监督执行。
7．认真指导质量检验员、自检人员按检验规范进行检验，及时解决执行中出现的技术性问题；
8．参与不合格品分析，提出纠正措施，确保纠正措施得到落实
9．负责处理客户的三包索赔事宜。
10. 在员工的安全和产品的质量受到威胁的时候，有权停止生产。
11. 遵守国家法律，法规，政策和法令。遵守经营秘密、遵守公司的各项规章制度。按时完成公司下达的临时任务。
Job Description:
1. Responsible for preparation of APQP and PPAP documentation of products.
2. Responsible for preparation of quality documentation in the projects.
3. Responsible for internal audit for TS16949, supervision and tracking of implementation of improvement measures.
4. Responsible for provision of quality records required by Customers.
5. Responsible for quality supervision of the production site.
6. Responsible for checking of process control points of each procedure, to identify problems and timely give instructions of corrective measures to relevant operators, and monitor the execution.
7. Careful guidance of quality inspectors, quality inspection personnel to conduct tests according to examination specifications and timely solutions to technical problems arising in the implementation;
8. Participation for analysis of nonconformities, presentation of corrective measures to ensure that the corrective measures are implemented.
9. Responsible for handling of customer claims in warranty issues.
10. Authorized to stop production, in case of employee safety and product quality threatened.
11. Comply with national laws, regulations, policies and decrees. Keep business secrets; follow the company rules and regulations. Timely completion of temporary tasks assigned by the company.
资格要求
Required qualifications:
1. 学历：机械类，材料类及机电一体化等相关专业本科以上学历
2. 工作年限：3年以上
3. 良好的英语读写能力
1. Education: University degree or above majored in Mechanical, Materials and mechatronics or related disciplines.
2. Experience: 3 years plus.
3. Good in English reading and writing.
