1) Strong knowledge of Quality Engineering

1. Assist Plant Quality Manager in development and implementation of process,
a quality assurance in process,
including the preparation of respective instructions and manuals that ensure all product parts
meet all standards
协助质量经理开展和执行制程质量控制包括：准备相关的指导书和手册，保证所有产品符合标准
2. Planning and request for resources /supports in assurance of customer satisfaction.
取得相关的资源和支持，使顾客满意
3. Monitor the product quality performance and take leadership for quality problem solving
/ corrective & preventive action developed and implemented in quality aspects.
监控产品质量绩效，领导小组解决质量问题，纠正和预防措施的落实验证
4. Provide timely coaching, counseling, and feedback to plant QC through one-on-one sessions,
performance appraisals and team meetings

5. Adhere to all plant policies and procedures as outlined in the desktop procedures, employee
handbook and the Employee Norms
