EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- University degree from either/or metallurgy, mechanical engineering, etc.
- At least 5 years solid experience of sales in metallurgy or mechanical engineering areas.
- At least 3 years solid experience of sales team management.
- Experience of direct sales is a must, preferably technical sales within industry.
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Achieve the sales goals via managing the sales team.
- Work out market plan in assigned area.
- Implement the sales strategy and action plan with RSMs and Technical support team.
- Tactical sales: Implementing the price strategy and making the sales forecast.
- Responsible for customer credit and risk control, following up the account receivable in assigned area.
- Communicate with relevant departments, support on marketing research, customer services feedback, etc.
- Manage and develop sales team through coaching and supporting.
- Establish and implement performance management in assigned area.
- Responsible for expense control in assigned area.
- Ensure sales team fully complies with company’s rules and guidelines, such as “Code of Business Ethics”, etc.
