Job Duties:
1.Management for geometry Lab. Assign the daily task to the quality technicians.
2.Coordinate the full dimension inspection and related testing during PPAP period
3.Production Annually Re-qualification Handle.
4.Control the quality of mass production and supplier delivery.
5.Continue to improve CMM efficiency
6.Lab Fixture Management and maintenance
7.Support of Quality Audits

Requirement:
1.College or above, fluent in English
2.5 years Quality Engineering or Manufacturing Experience of mechanical or electro/mechanical components
3.Practical experience with SPC, and MSA
4.Inspection skill on plastic product or mechanical product
5.Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC)
6.Knowledge of ISO/TS 16949 and QS9000 Standards
7.Experience with team oriented problem-solving methods (8-D method)
8.Knowledge of plastic processing
9.Experience with Blue print reading and Geometric dimensioning and tolerance
