Job Description:
1 根据公司年度工作目标，制定合理的年/季度部门工作计划并执行；
2 组织实施本部门各种会议的执行、监督、考评；
3 有效建立本部门各岗位人员的考核指标，根据工作表现实施奖励和惩罚；
4 协调部门内部与其他部门之间的关系；
5 部门人员的培训和业绩考核；
6 配合生产质保部门处理重大质量异常事故；
7 配合管理部门做好年度经营计划中的降成本及持续改进等工作。
8 全面负责和督导本部门各项新产品的开发；
9 新产品开发项目负责人的委派及其它工作任务的分配；
10 新产品开发成本及进度的监控；
11 负责项目进度的督导工作；
12 参与技术改造，革新及设备引进；
13 配合市场部进行新产品早期开发及市场开发工作。
1. According to the company's annual work objectives, formulate a reasonable annual / quarterly departmental work plan and execute;
2. Organization and implementation of the various meetings of the department, including execution, monitoring and evaluation;
3. Effective development of assessment indicators for entire staff of the department, implementation of reward and punishment based on performance;
4. Coordination within the department and with other departments;
5. Staff training and performance evaluation within the department;
6. Work with production, quality assurance departments to handle major quality accidents;
7. Cooperate with the management department for cost reduction and continuous improvement work set out in the annual operation plan.
8. Overall responsibility for and supervision of the department’s new product development;
9. Designation of new product development project leader and assignment of other tasks;
10. New product development costs and progress monitoring;
11. Responsible for supervision of the project progress;
12. Involved in technological transformation, innovation and introduction of equipment;
13. Work with marketing department for new product development and early market development.


资格要求:
Required qualifications:
1 本科以上学历，理工科专业，年龄32-45，性别不限;
2 熟悉ISO9001，QS9000，VDA6.1，TS16949质量体系标准;
3熟练运用项目开发管理程序进行新产品开发，专业知识面广，对加工手段（注塑、冲压、装配）等有一定程度的了解;
4英语良好，具有较高的管理组织、决策及分析判断能力和较强的沟通协调能力。
1. Bachelor degree or above, majored in science and engineering, aged 32-45;
2. Familiar with ISO9001, QS9000, VDA6.1, TS16949 quality system standards;
3. Skilled in application of project development management process for new product development, professional and extensive knowledge of processing methods (injectionmolding, stamping, assembly);
4. Good in English, with higher ability in management organization, decision making, analyzing and strong communication skills.
